2014 – 2024
- Developed numerous .NET, PHP, VBScript, ADO applications for various data automation projects for service tracking, workflow efficiencies, data reporting needs. Many of these projects have involved complex data processing, SQL Queries and custom web based database solutions.
AAA Southern New England
2012 – 2014
- Developed and maintained numerous public facing and high traffic PHP web applications. Most applications developed utilize API calls to partner vendor services and AJAX to enhance user experience. These applications also generate revenue for the providence headquarters by allowing visitors to perform online transactions.
- Offer technical support for other staff members of the web operations department as needed.
Woonsocket School District
2010 – 2012
- Responsible for the reliability, stability and security of numerous technical systems including Microsoft Server 2008, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows 7, antivirus solutions, library automation, academic web applications and backup solutions
- Develop IIS and .Net web based solutions as well as design and maintain the online presence
- Develop Visual Studio .Net applications to aid in student data automation for state reporting
- Offer training and technical support for administrators and support staff of the school system
- Work with school administration to integrate new applications into the academic environment
- Provide detailed plans and strategies to help maintain a stable and secure network, server and desktop infrastructure
Rhode Island College
2008-2010
- Implemented a custom designed CMS (Content Management System) written in PHP, MySQL and AJAX to streamline the flow of time sensitive information for Rhode Island College
- Developed a custom online solution (www.ric.edu/whatsnews) to replace the existing monthly newspaper distribution which saved the college over $80,000 annually
- Built a custom application in PHP, MySQL and AJAX for the office of admissions to address the scheduling challenges of campus tours
- Assisted with the design and development of the www.ric.edu website
- Presented and trained staff on numerous web applications that were developed
State of Rhode Island, Division of Information Technology
2006-2008
- Developed and maintained several critical ASP.NET and PHP web applications for numerous state agencies including the Department of Administration, Department of Corrections, and the Department of Motor Vehicles
- Trained managers and employees on the use of custom designed web applications
- Managed the design and content of several state websites and provided technical support for website related requests
